pk97 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk97 ("pk97", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pk97 online gaming platform accessible at pk97.bid and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account on pk97, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any casino game, or otherwise using any service provided on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk97 Platform and must not create an account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Use of the pk97 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the pk97 Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. pk97 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would make your use of the Platform unlawful.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of pk97, nor a family member of such a person, in circumstances where such use would constitute a conflict of interest.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not have a self-exclusion agreement currently in effect on the pk97 Platform or any partner platform.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active pk97 account. Duplicate registrations are a breach of these Terms.

pk97 conducts age verification at the point of registration and reserves the right to request identity documentation (government-issued CNIC, passport, or equivalent) at any time. Where age or identity cannot be verified to pk97's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification and withdrawals will be withheld until verification is complete.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the pk97 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — regardless of the payment method, device, or identity information used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Accurate Information: You must provide true, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pk97 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify pk97 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. pk97 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account Closure: pk97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice, and to withhold funds pending investigation where fraud or misconduct is suspected.
• KYC Verification: Full identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") is required before any withdrawal is processed. Required documentation may include a CNIC, passport, proof of address, and payment method verification.

All deposits on the pk97 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk97 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (Tether, TRC-20 network). Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at pk97's discretion.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no set maximum deposit, however, higher-value deposits may be subject to additional verification procedures.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be rejected and the funds returned.
• No Third-Party Payments: pk97 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of account holders. If a third-party payment is detected, it will be reversed and the originating account may be suspended.
• Processing Time: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pk97 balance instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process, depending on the sending bank.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted in PKR. Deposits made in other currencies will either be rejected or converted at pk97's prevailing rate, which may differ from the interbank rate.

Withdrawal requests may be made at any time from your pk97 account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method on your verified account profile.

• KYC Requirement: A completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals requested before KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 5 to 30 minutes under normal platform operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• Minimum Withdrawal: There is no minimum withdrawal amount for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to a minimum amount as specified on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal Fees: pk97 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. Your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank) may impose its own fees, which are outside pk97's control.
• Same Method Policy: pk97 applies an anti-money laundering requirement to return funds to the same payment method used for the deposit, up to the amount originally deposited. Profits above the deposited amount may be withdrawn to an alternative verified method.
• Withholding: pk97 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected, pending investigation. The account holder will be notified of any such hold.

pk97 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Using multiple accounts or identity information to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire at the end of the promotion's validity period. Expired bonus balances and any associated wagering progress will be permanently removed from the account.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently (or not at all) to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse & Fraud: pk97 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk. pk97 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from abusive play without prior notice.
• Cancellation: pk97 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In such cases, the pro-rata value of any qualifying deposits already made will be considered for fair resolution.

Sports betting on pk97 — including cricket, PSL, UFC, and all other markets — is governed by the following rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the pk97 system with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed during temporary platform issues or connectivity failures may not be recorded and the stake will be returned.
• Odds: Quoted odds are valid at the time the bet is accepted. Odds may change between the time of selection and the time of bet placement — the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
• Match Abandonment: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or incomplete beyond the official rules for result determination, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply per sport as detailed in the sports rules section of the Platform.
• Obvious Errors: pk97 reserves the right to void bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds resulting from human error, technical fault, or data feed failure ("palpable errors"). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum Payout: Single bets and accumulator bets are subject to maximum payout limits as specified per sport and market on the Platform. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout cap will be paid at the cap value.
• Live Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of an event. Bets placed during a suspension may be voided. pk97 does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability.

All casino games available on the pk97 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — are governed by the following general rules and by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface.

• Certified RNG: All pk97 casino games use independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of each round and cannot be influenced by the Platform, the player, or any external party.
• Published RTP: The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published in the game's information panel. Live dealer game house edges are determined by the rules of the respective game variant.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. pk97 will not honour winnings from rounds affected by technical errors.
• Disconnection: pk97 is not responsible for game session losses resulting from your internet connection failure. Live casino games in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved according to the game's standard completion rules.
• Minimum/Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game. These limits may vary by game, table, and player tier. VIP table limits are displayed upon accessing the relevant table.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk97 Platform. pk97 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — upon detecting any of the following:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, creating fraudulent accounts, or misrepresenting your eligibility status in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using the pk97 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities in accordance with our AML obligations under our gaming licence.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or sports betting market — including but not limited to chip dumping and soft-play agreements.
• Arbitrage & Matched Betting: Systematic arbitrage of pk97's odds against other platforms, or matched betting using pk97 bonus funds, where the primary intent is to extract guaranteed profit with minimal risk exposure.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to a standard human user.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with your payment provider after wagering deposited funds. Any chargeback claim will result in immediate account suspension and legal recovery proceedings for the amount disputed.
• Minor Access: Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your pk97 account, or creating an account on behalf of a person under the age of 21.

pk97 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a source of financial hardship, anxiety, or compulsive behaviour.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Timers: Set time-based alerts that notify you when a gaming session has reached your pre-defined duration. pk97 strongly recommends setting session limits for all players.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pk97 Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months. All remaining account balance will be returned.
• Reality Checks: pk97 displays periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed in your current gaming session. These cannot be disabled.

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we encourage you to use pk97's self-exclusion tools immediately and to seek support from a qualified counselling service. pk97 cannot provide financial or psychological counselling services directly, but we will always cooperate fully with referrals from licensed support organisations.

pk97 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• Data Collection: pk97 collects personal data necessary for account creation, KYC verification, payment processing, AML compliance, and customer support. The specific categories of data collected and the purposes of processing are detailed in the Privacy Policy.
• Data Sharing: pk97 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary for payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and platform operation, or where required by law or by our gaming licence obligations.
• Data Security: pk97 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption of all data transmissions and secure server storage.
• Your Rights: Subject to applicable law and our gaming licence obligations, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Data deletion requests may be denied where retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.

All content on the pk97 Platform — including but not limited to the pk97 name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the intellectual property of pk97 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Licence to Use: pk97 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk97 Platform without prior written consent from pk97.
• User Content: If you submit any content to the Platform (including feedback or support communications), you grant pk97 a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such content for platform improvement and operational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk97's total aggregate liability to any user arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• No Consequential Loss: pk97 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service Availability: pk97 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and force majeure events may temporarily affect access. pk97 will not be liable for losses arising during Platform unavailability.
• Third-Party Services: pk97 is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or security of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data feed providers whose services are integrated into the Platform.
• Internet Connection: pk97 is not liable for losses resulting from your internet connection failure, device malfunction, or browser incompatibility during a gaming session.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk97's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the pk97 customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of pk97's licensing authority.

• Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact pk97 customer support in good faith to attempt resolution. The majority of account, payment, and betting disputes can be resolved at this stage.
• Formal Complaints: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, formal complaints may be submitted to pk97's compliance team via [email protected] (plain text email — no links). pk97 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and issue a final decision within 28 days.
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by pk97's licensing authority. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

pk97 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform at pk97.bid/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, pk97 will provide advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
